We are presenting two interesting cases of head and neck tumors. One of which is a rare salivary gland tumor that has a wide range of clinical presentation ranging from indolent, local and slowly growing tumors to a very aggressive, infiltrative and widely metastasizing forms. Our case is the first case, to our knowledge, to be reported in the literature from Saudi Arabia of this entity with features of high grade transformation. The second case is of a dedifferentiated sarcoma that is known to be extremely rare to the location of its occurrence with quite challenging diagnostic processes.
