Heterocyclic compounds are conjointly known as heterocycle, any of a serious category of organic chemical compounds categorized by the fact that some or all of the atoms in their molecules are joined in rings containing a minimum of one atom in the element apart from carbon (C). The cyclic a part of the heterocyclic compound indicates that at least one ring structure exists in such a compound, whereas the prefix hetero refers to the non-carbon atoms, or heteroatoms, within the ring. Heterocyclic compound journals cover all the physical and chemical properties of that are often quite distinct from those of their all carbon ring analogs.
